Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the length of the mainrope and number branchh line on the catch. This research was carried out in Pota Waters, East Manggarai Regency from April to May 2021. This study used a quantitative method by conducting experiments and using two treatments, namely Treatment A (40 meters bottom long line with 20 branchh line) with the result obtained as many as 179 individuals with an average of 15 individuals and treatment B (bottom long line 60 meters with 35 branchh line) with the results obtained as many as 436 individuals with an average of 36 individuals.
