Sekolah sebagai lingkungan yang kompleks dan melibatkan berbagai pihak, memiliki resiko-resiko yang perlu dikelola dengan baik untuk memastikan keamanan dan kesejahteraan siswa. Minat belajar siswa merupakah fakto penting yang mempengaruhi hasil akademik dan penagalaman pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Dengan menerapkan startegi penerapan manajemen resiko yang tepat, sekolah dan pendidik dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih menarik dan mendukung bagi siswa. Hal ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa, motivasi siswa dan hasil akademik secara keseluruhan. Namun penting untuk diingatkan bahwa setiap strategi perlu disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa yang berbeda. Penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dan mendapat informasi melalui wawancara kepada salah satu wali kelas dan guru BK serta dari berbagai literatur. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk menganalisis strategi penerapan manahemen risiko yang efektif disekolah dalam rangka meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kadungora dengan melalui proses identifikasi, pengukuran, pemetaan, pengelolaan dan pengendalian. The data collection techniques used are observation techniques, tests, interviews, and documentation.</em> <em>The results of this study indicate that the cognitive abilities of students in the learning process of Aqidah Akhlak in class X IPA MA Al-Hikmah Soe are in the very good category. This is based on the percentage level of student scores that are less than the KKM score, namely 72, on the cognitive test there are 4 people or 15.38% while as many as 22 people or 84.62% get grades above the passing standard of the moral creed subject. In this study the researchers also found that to improve students' cognitive abilities, the Madrasah carried out a program of activities outside the classroom to improve students' cognitive abilities, namely doing tahsin 10 minutes before entering the first learning hour, or guiding students to memorize asmaul husna. Hal tersebut tidak terlepas dengan mengamalkan 4 aspek yang ada didalam program <em>peaceful school</em> yaitu: (1) saling percaya, (2) kerja sama, (3)tenggang rasa (4) penerimaaan terhadap perbedaan dan penghargaaan terhadap kelestarian lingkungan. Hal tersebuat sangat diperlukan di SMPIT Nur Riska Lubuklinggau dalam rangka <em>bullying </em>dan menjadikan <em>Peaceful School</em> sebagai program unggulan.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan <em>(field </em><em>R</em><em>esearch</em>) melalui pendekatan deskriptif. &nbsp;yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan secara sistematis, factual, dan akurat sesuai fakta yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. The approach used in this research is quantitative approach with the type of correlation data analysis techniques used in data management are classical assumption which includes normality and linearity and final data T test. The research method used is simple linear regression. Based on test results using Microsoft Excel, it obtained the results of the research test of parental income 3.801T &gt;Ttable, 3.803&gt;1.703 and significance value 0.000&lt;0.05. this means there is a positive and significant influence from parents' income to students' learning motivation. That means the better the income of parents the higher the motivation obtained. The results of the parental income test are 27.09 T&gt;Ttabel, 27.09&gt;1.703 and the significance value is 0.000&lt;0.05. A process of implementing education policy is <br>inseparable from the need to get special attention. The elements in it have several <br>deficiencies that need improvement. Starting from legitimacy, formulation, and its <br>implementation in society. Therefore it is necessary to do an evaluation in order to avoid <br>failure in educational policies. How can the formation of religious moral character that should be a teacher but handed over to parents be able to develop optimally or not. This research uses a type of descriptive qualitative research with observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation while the data analysis technique that the author uses is data reduction, data presentation or display and data conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the assessment method used by Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah Kupang is dominantly carried out according to formative principles that are integrated with students in ongoing learning activities.
