Manajemen resiko merupakan suatu pendekatan yang penting dalam mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi dan mengelola risiko potensial yang dapat terjadi dalam berbagai sector termasyk sector pendidikan. Sekolah sebagai lingkungan yang kompleks dan melibatkan berbagai pihak, memiliki resiko-resiko yang perlu dikelola dengan baik untuk memastikan keamanan dan kesejahteraan siswa. Minat belajar siswa merupakah fakto penting yang mempengaruhi hasil akademik dan penagalaman pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Dengan menerapkan startegi penerapan manajemen resiko yang tepat, sekolah dan pendidik dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih menarik dan mendukung bagi siswa. Hal ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa, motivasi siswa dan hasil akademik secara keseluruhan. Namun penting untuk diingatkan bahwa setiap strategi perlu disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa yang berbeda. Penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dan mendapat informasi melalui wawancara kepada salah satu wali kelas dan guru BK serta dari berbagai literatur. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk menganalisis strategi penerapan manahemen risiko yang efektif disekolah dalam rangka meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kadungora dengan melalui proses identifikasi, pengukuran, pemetaan, pengelolaan dan pengendalian. Hal tersebut sangat berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa karena dalam kegiatan pembelajaran seringkali ditemukan permasalahan yang dapat menimbulkan resiko.

ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN KOGNITIF SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN AKIDAH AKHLAK DI MADRASAH ALIYAH AL-HIKMAH SOE KELAS X IPA

This study aims to analyze the cognitive abilities of students in learning the moral principles of class X IPA MA Al-Hikmah Soe. researchers used a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are observation techniques, tests, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the cognitive abilities of students in the learning process of Aqidah Akhlak in class X IPA MA Al-Hikmah Soe are in the very good category. This is based on the percentage level of student scores that are less than the KKM score, namely 72, on the cognitive test there are 4 people or 15.38% while as many as 22 people or 84.62% get grades above the passing standard of the moral creed subject. In this study the researchers also found that to improve students' cognitive abilities, the Madrasah carried out a program of activities outside the classroom to improve students' cognitive abilities, namely doing tahsin 10 minutes before entering the first learning hour, or guiding students to memorize asmaul husna. And subject teachers and homeroom teachers also carry out private guidance outside the classroom for students who have low cognitive abilities, in order to improve the students' cognitive abilitie.

PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM MENGATASI BULLYING (Studi Kasus di SMPIT Nur Riska Lubuklinggau)

Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui peran guru dan pembelajaran agama Islam dalam mengatasi bullying di SMPIT Nur Riska Lubuklinggau melalui program unggulannya yaitu Peaceful School merupakan sekolah damai yang sesuai dengan visi dan misi SMPIT Nur Riska Berjiwa Qur’ani. Hal tersebut tidak terlepas dengan mengamalkan 4 aspek yang ada didalam program peaceful school yaitu: (1) saling percaya, (2) kerja sama, (3)tenggang rasa (4) penerimaaan terhadap perbedaan dan penghargaaan terhadap kelestarian lingkungan. Hal tersebuat sangat diperlukan di SMPIT Nur Riska Lubuklinggau dalam rangka bullying dan menjadikan Peaceful School sebagai program unggulan.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field Research) melalui pendekatan deskriptif. yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan secara sistematis, factual, dan akurat sesuai fakta yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian, Bullying yang terdapat di SMPIT Nur Riska Lubuklinggau Dari hasil observasi dan wawancara peneliti dapat mengetahui bentuk perilaku bullying yang dilakukan oleh siswa (1) Bullying fisik dengan cara memukul, memutuskan tali silaturrahmi (2) Bullying verbal berupa teriakan, hinaan, gosip, dorongan,memanggil nama julukan.atau memanggil dengan nama orang tua (3) Pelecehan mental atau emosional dalam bentuk ketakutan dan ketidaknyamanan.

PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ORANG TUA TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN PAI DI SMP PLUS ATTIN KOTA KUPANG

This study aims to determine the effect of parental income on student learning motivation and student learning outcomes. The approach used in this research is quantitative approach with the type of correlation data analysis techniques used in data management are classical assumption which includes normality and linearity and final data T test. The research method used is simple linear regression. Based on test results using Microsoft Excel, it obtained the results of the research test of parental income 3.801T >Ttable, 3.803>1.703 and significance value 0.000<0.05. this means there is a positive and significant influence from parents' income to students' learning motivation. That means the better the income of parents the higher the motivation obtained. The results of the parental income test are 27.09 T>Ttabel, 27.09>1.703 and the significance value is 0.000<0.05. It means there is a positive and significant influence from parents' income to students' learning motivation.

This paper explains several things related to the evaluation of educational policies. This
study used a qualitative research approach with a type of library (library research).
Sources of data taken in this study are scientific journals and articles that support and are
relevant to the title of this paper. A process of implementing education policy is
inseparable from the need to get special attention. The elements in it have several
deficiencies that need improvement. Starting from legitimacy, formulation, and its
implementation in society. Therefore it is necessary to do an evaluation in order to avoid
failure in educational policies. Evaluation of educational policies serves to measure how
much the quality of spending on a policy is and provides input to the parties involved. The
purpose of writing this paper is to know the meaning of educational policy evaluation, the
objectives and functions of educational policy evaluation, as well as models and
approaches in evaluating educational policies.

METODE ASESSMENT GURU PAI PADA PERKEMBANGAN KARAKTER MORAL KEAGAMAAN PESERTA DIDIK DI SMP MUHAMMADIYAH KUPANG

This study aims to find out 1) How is the assessment method carried out by PAI teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah Kupang whether it is in accordance with the assessment objectives set or not. 2.) How can the formation of religious moral character that should be a teacher but handed over to parents be able to develop optimally or not. This research uses a type of descriptive qualitative research with observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation while the data analysis technique that the author uses is data reduction, data presentation or display and data conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the assessment method used by Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah Kupang is dominantly carried out according to formative principles that are integrated with students in ongoing learning activities. And the development of the religious moral character of students at Kupang Muhammadiyah Middle School by instilling and strengthening the values of the moral character of the Islamic religion by getting used to Duhah prayers and midday prayers and increasing religious activities and programs such as Islamic boarding schools and thafiz Qur'an.
