Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of stress and conflict
partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT
Simpatindo Multimedia Kupang with work spirit as a moderating
variable. The number of samples are 104 employees. Data analysis
uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed stress
and conflict negatively affected the performance of employees of
PT Simpatindo Multimedia Kupang. Work spirit does not mediate
the effects of stress and conflict on employee performance.
