Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Gaya Kepemimpinan Sebagai Variabel Moderasi
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work
discipline and career development, on employee performance with
leadership style as a moderating variable. The total sample of 22
respondents with the sampling technique using saturated sampling
techniques. The main instrument of data collection is a
questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression.
The results showed that work discipline had a significant effect on
employee performance but career development had no significant
effect. The leadership style moderates the influence of work
discipline and performance, thus also the influence of career
development with performance moderated by the leadership style.
