Pengaruh Faktor-Faktor Pelatihan Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Holtikultura Dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Malaka
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of training
factors on employee work performance. The research sample of 70
employees, with the sampling method using saturated sample techniques. The
main instrument of data collection is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed
using multiple regression. The results showed that partially the training
factors consisting of training instructors, training participants, training
methods, and training objectives, significantly influence employee
performance. Simultaneously these factors also have a significant effect on
work performance. The training method is the factor that has the most
dominant influence on employee work performance.
