Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of individual factors and
organizational environmental factors both simultaneously and
partially on the performance of KPPN Waingapu employees. The
research sample amounted to 28 people. Determination of the sample
using the saturated sample technique. The main instrument of data
collection is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple
regression techniques. The results showed that simultaneous and
partial individual factors and work environment significantly
influence employee performance.
