Pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik Dan Ekstrinsik Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Dengan Komitmen Sebagai Variabel Intervening
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the role of mediation
between the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation on work
performance. The number of samples studied was 45 employees
with a withdrawal technique using saturated samples. The main
instrument of data collection was a questionnaire. Data analysis
uses multiple regression techniques. The results showed
commitment plays a role in mediating the influence between
intrinsic and extrinsic mitivation on employee work performance.
