Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Kantor Balai Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Kehutanan Kupang
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of discipline, skills, work
environment and work facilities simultaneously and partially on the
performance of civil servants at the Kupang Forestry Education and
Training Center. The research sample was 56 people. The sampling
technique uses saturated samples. The main instrument used in data
collection is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple
regression analysis techniques. The analysis shows that simultaneous
discipline, skills, work environment and work facilities have a
significant effect on performance. Discipline, skills, work environment
and work facilities also have a significant effect on performance.
