Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Keadilan Prosedural Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior From Islamic Perspective
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan keadilan prosedural terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior From Islamic Perspective (OCBIP) pada karyawan di Universitas Muhammdiyah Yogyakarta. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 106 responden yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan tranformasional berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior From Islamic Perspective. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa keadilan prosedural berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior From Islamic Perspective
